Returns and exchanges

Conditions: Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in original condition, with labels intact. The product must be unworn, unwashed and without any alterations.

Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you every step of the way.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request. We will do our best to accommodate your exchange based on stock availability.

Shipping: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or omission on our part.

After receiving the returned product and verifying the exchange conditions, we will process the exchange.

Defective goods: If you receive defective or damaged goods, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with pictures and videos. We will review and will arrange an exchange or refund.

My product arrived damaged: We are committed to bringing the best quality to customers. If this happens, you can refuse to accept delivery at the delivery point and the product will be returned with the driver. Please take photos of the damaged item if possible. Change/cancel order

Exchange and cancellation requests are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm when applicable.

Refund option

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Late/missing refunds

If you still haven’t received your refund, check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially credited.
